Automotive Renderings Updates - January 2025

Thumbnail January 2025 Updates from AR

Blog Update: As another year comes to a close, I’m excited to share the highlights of AR’s incredible growth in 2024. This year saw impressive sales on FIVERR, where I had the pleasure of assisting both individual car enthusiasts and business clients with their automotive rendering needs. Business tripled over the last six months, and I’m especially grateful for the many repeat customers who trusted me with their projects—some returning multiple times.

2024 also saw AR venture into the exciting realm of AI art with the launch of the AI Art Series. Inspired by the advancements of models like MidJourney, I explored the capabilities of AI-generated art and enhanced the results using Adobe Firefly and my own artistic edits. This experimentation led to the creation of four unique vehicle designs, each exploring updates or variants within specific automotive segments or brands. These works are now available to view on Instagram.

Additionally, I continued on my Rewind Before/After Series, which I began during the pandemic. These retrospectives revisit and refine automotive renderings I created during my tenure at Edmunds.com's InsideLine. With a mix of speculative designs, intriguing “what-if” concepts, and a touch of humor, these posts require considerable effort to create and will remain a focus for early 2025.

Finally, a big thank-you to everyone following AR content across all platforms, especially on Instagram, where I’ve been spending more time connecting with the community and sharing updates. I look forward to bringing you more insights, designs, and reflections in 2025—stay tuned for updates on my series and musings on upcoming cars.

Here’s to an exciting year ahead!

Automotive Renderings Updates - June 2024

Thumbnail June 2045 Updates from AR

Blog Update: It has been far too long since the last update here on AR. My FIVERR business has flourished. I have had the pleasure of assisting both individual car enthusiasts with their projects and speed/custom shops with their customers' project vehicles. This resurgence has inspired me to revitalize AR's branding. With this venture now 16 years old (officially), a refresh was long overdue. I have also developed a new logomark for the first time, and I am extremely proud of its bold simplicity and focus.

In other news, AR will be expanding its presence in various automotive circles on social media as I become more active with the brand. I will be working on new renderings and exploring generative AI to create interesting and entertaining content.

Additionally, I have all the images ready to complete my AR Rewind Before/After series, which I started during the pandemic. These brief retrospectives highlight each piece I created during my time with InsideLine at Edmunds.com, featuring solid speculation and intriguing what-if scenarios.

Rendering cars has been a passion of mine since I discovered I could do my own "chops" back in college with computers. One of my earliest projects was an Oldsmobile Aurora coupe conversion, cut out from a Road & Track magazine page.

Thank you for allowing me to share my automotive rendering passion with you. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
